Violetta’s practice prevalently in labor and trade union law and since 2013 is cooperating with the labor department providing assistance to trade unions and several associations. 

Violetta has attended several post graduate courses in labor and trade union law and since 2015 she is member of the labor committee of AGAM – Associazione Giovani Avvocati Milano.
